My story

Let me introduce myself - I'm Manisha Mistry, my claim to fame is being part of The Great British Bake off Season 3 2012. I have been baking since a very young age. Reminiscing the time I baked my first cake with my mum -  a delicious simple vanilla bean sponge cake, it was her favourite and so is mine. Ever since then, I have been exploring and collecting a variety of baking books. Baking anything and everything I can,  from biscuits to my favourite scones, bread to pastries, cupcakes to tarts of all sorts.

In my spare time I love cooking for my family, anything spicy I'm all in.
